At Greenlife Plumbing, the safety and well-being of our customers and team is always our number one priority. We are actively taking extra precautions to ensure minimal disruption and risk to all parties whilst closely following the advice of Public Health England.
Our staff have undertaken the necessary training to ensure that we minimise the risk to all of our customers and especially those who are vulnerable. If you believe yourself to be classed as a vulnerable person (ie. Someone who has underlying health problems, or are over 70 ), please let us know at your earliest convenience so that we can propose the best solution for minimal disruption to your planned works at the lowest risk to yourselves.

We care deeply about our team and will be allowing them to take time to self-isolate, recover or care for family members when they need to. This may mean that work needs to be postponed and we thank you in advance for your patience. If you are symptomatic, please let us know in advance.

We are still operating and following the guidelines provided by Public Health England.
Will my warranty be affected if I don't have my boiler service on time?
Many of our boiler suppliers have extended the timeframes for annual services to allow more time for those people who are vulnerable or self-isolating, without any impact on their warranty. Please call us to discuss individual boiler brands.

Can I ask members of your team to wear a mask and gloves?
You are more than welcome to ask this of our staff and they are very understanding that you might be nervous to let new people into your home after such a long time.
We ask you to remember that supplies of PPE have been very difficult to get hold of and therefore our staff will be happy to wear a mask and gloves if they have them but may not always be able to if supplies are out. If you are not comfortable for them to enter your property without these items, please let us know beforehand so that we have a better chance of providing them with what they need in advance.
